Bio

Finished High School in Milan, Tenn. in 1959. Found myself in Hackleburg,Ala. in early 1960,s working in a Line Crew & have been here ever since except for a few years away working on Electrical Construction until April 27, 2011 when most of Hackleburg was destroyed by an E.F.5 tornado. Relocated to Bear Creek 10 miles away, the only community in the area that wasn,t damaged. Have made Bluegrass Concerts & visited Cemeteries where someone I know is buried along the way from West Virginia to Florida & Louisiana to Illinois and many places in between. Have visited the grave site of all my high school classmates that I know of that has an I.D. marker including two in Arkansas. Also I would like to mention that Cedar Tree Cemetery in Hackleburg is kept up thru donations. It cost $8,000.00 a year to have it mowed 8 times and some times its hard to find someone to mow it for that. Donations can be sent to Peoplestrust Bank, 34888 US Hwy 43 Hackleburg, 35564. For burial locations, call me at 205-486-3183.
