The Buckingham Cemetery is located in Deemston Borough, Washington County, Fredericktown, PA 15333.

My involvement with the cemetery started when I was a child. My parents (with six children in tow) and grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends would meet at the cemetery on specified days throughout the seasons for "Clean Up Day" the purpose of maintaining the cemetery...Whatever needed to be done. It was an all day affair that started in the early morning and ended in the evening after expending a lot of muscle, sweat, and plenty of tender loving care.

We still have Clean Up Day. The Annual Meeting of The Buckingham Cemetery Association is always the first Friday in May, 7 pm at the Deemston Borough Building. Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting - and/or volunteer to help on Clean Up Day.

We take great pride in our cemetery, and know you do, too.
