I have been working my family tree since I was a teenager and have spent all of every Memorial Day weekend trimming, scrubbing and decorating my ancestors' grave sites--multiple graves in each of 10 cemeteries--for many years. Now I visit local cemeteries 2-3 times a week in good weather fulfilling photo requests and researching other families in the cemetery. I also spend a lot of time at home year-round continuing the research and doing my best to improve historic cemetery records.
