Vickie was always a loving mother , sister & daughter she did everything she could for her children. She hopes as the years go by without her they will remember she was a good & caring loving mother & she tried to be the best sister she could be. She made her mistakes in her life but we all have made mistakes in our lives. Her brothers Steve & William (Bill ) Tipton & sister Karen Tipton, Donna Hall & mom Betty Godwin & most like a father Marvin Godwin will remember she was the best sister & daughter she could be. She is buried by her very missed brother Michael ( Mike ) Tipton.
