Taking photographs for Find A Grave means getting out-and-about and exercise; it enables me to use my camera and photo editing software; it assists overseas family to see a grave and headstone inscriptions they wouldn't otherwise get to see; and it provides an online record of genealogy information that is weathering and which ultimately may be lost. Occasionally it leads to graves being restored when family are reconnected with lost relatives.
