Fellow Taphophile residing in Mesa Arizona. Native Southern Californian. Caught the Taphophilia bug while visiting Arlington National Cemetery and The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. WILLING TO GO WHERE NO TAPHOPHILE HAS GONE BEFORE... Note regarding picture uploads from the FIND A GRAVE APP... I wrote to Find A Grave(May 2016): "Just wondering about photo uploads. Once I upload a picture to someone's memorial, the picture's resolution seems to diminish and becomes blurry. Sometimes I can't even read the inscription on the monument. The picture image is crystal clear on my iPad. Also, the size of my pictures seem to be different sizes. They are sometimes smaller than others and too hard to read any inscription. Just wondering.... Maybe there is a way to adjust my picture taking settings. Thanks for your help."Find A Grave's reply:"We are working on this issue also as we have noticed that photos added within the Find A Grave app are of lower resolution. We will keep working on it. You may want to add the memorials via the website of bulk upload and transcribe (beta available on our home page) in order to add them in a higher resolution at this time."I wrote the inquiry to Find A Grave because several people that I had uploaded their requested photo via the Find A Grave App, could not read or enlarge the photo. I now upload all photos through Find A Grave's full-blown website and my laptop computer. Problem solved...=============
