My Father, James C. Mackie, and my Mother, Mary Elizabeth (Hall) Mackie, met by accident on a Greyhound Bus near Ann Arbor Michigan in the late 40's... well, 6 kids later and married about 20+ years, my dad's life was cut short by a massive heart attack at 53 years old in 1973. I was 12. I have 5 brothers. My Mom and Dad have many grandchildren and great grandchildren in several states. My mom lives with me at the age of 89 in San Diego, CA. (where coincidentally my Dad was in the Marines in the 40's). I have 3 step siblings, Linda Mackie (husband Alan) Atwood, Brian L. Mackie and Vicki Ross (Mackie0, and husband Jay Ross.
