I was raised in the Churchland community, Davidson County, North Carolina. I left there and spent many years traveling with the military, finally settling down in Green Valley, AZ.
I became interested in genealogy after my father died. My hero is my Aunt Jo who was an avid genealogist and founded the society for Davidson County, NC.
