Bio

I was born on September 9, 1953 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Lloyd Eugene Elsey and Neva Lorraine Mische Elsey Sersey. I have one younger sister of the same parents. A couple of years ago, we learned that our mother had given birth to a child at the same hospital out of wedlock, prior to her marriage to my father. Because of social mores at the time, this pregnancy was hidden from her family members, except her sister and brother-in-law, whom she traveled from Missouri to live with in Oklahoma City at the time.

My sister and I would like to find our half-sibling, but do not have a date of birth or name. I estimate the year of birth to be between 1950-1952. My mother may have been told the child died at birth, an assumption based on information in my birth certificate, but her sister believes the child was a boy and survived the birth to be given for adopton. If anyone has any information on this child, we would greatly appreciate it.
