Born at raysal,mcd.co.wv. feb. 17 1945 in the paddle fork section. My dad was noah cooper 1918-2004,my mom was oma lee mullins 1924-1996. I went to raysal grade school and we moved to Yukon 1957 and back to raysal in 1959.We moved to Yukon again in 1964. I was in the army from 1964-1967.I also went to school at bartley jr high and big creek high.I worke in va.1967-1970.I worker for olga coal co. from 1970-1986 until it close.We next moved to nc. and I worked there 1987-2008.I retired and now have a home in Jolo,Wv.and also nc.
