When visiting my grandparents in rural Amherst County, we would stroll through Mt Pleasant Cemetery and my grandmother would tell me about the family members who are buried in the cemetery. Who would know that those strolls would now be my favorite past time! I love to research my family lineage and am now the historian for the cemetery. I am working to set up a directory for the cemetery and would to hear from individuals who have family buried at the cemetery.
