My Grandmother died when I was only 7 years old. Each year on "Decoration Day" the Sunday of Mother's Day weekend, we would go to her grave and place flowers there. We would visit other cemeteries where other family members are buried.

It is a pleasure to provide history for my family and extended family. Someone placed my grandmother here and I was able to link her back three generations. I even got an email from a very distant relative that was surprised to finally know where my grandmother was buried. My grandmother's obituary had the wrong cemetery location, which I found on Newspaper.com.

I am retired now and hope to continue updating findagrave when I can.
