Bio

I have been a familyresearcher for over 20 years. I research not only my own familytree but also help others to research their familyhistory. In my familytree there are many emigrants to the USA from Sweden. I am trying to find them all and their descendants. Some have not been possible to trace at all in the USA, many americanized their names or took new names. Some have been possible to trace for some time and are then suddenly lost. That is why it is so important to, at least in the Bio section, to add their christened names. This will help to identify people you are looking for.

A persons name is part of who that person was and also part of their story, this information will be lost forever if not added. It will also make it difficult or sometimes impossible for new familyresearchers who are looking for long lost family to finally know their familymembers restingplace.

Find a Grave is a fantastic tool to help with this research, thanks to all the contributors and photovolunteers. One of the purposes here on Find a Grave must be to tell a persons story and to add as much information as possible.

THANK YOU to all photovolunteers for helping with my photorequests!

The memorials I have added to my virtual cemeteries/manage are all in my familytree.
