I am the daughter of the beautiful Peggy Joyce Sanders of Jenkins, Kentucky and am referred to as "Libby" by the family.

In 2001, I began researching my mother's ancestry and eventually created my website in the interest of tracking and documenting my findings and to preserve those related histories for posterity.

The genealogies are based on both the direct and associated lines of my maternal grandparents, Cecil "Steve" Sanders (1903-1953) of Grundy County Tennessee and Alma Virginia Dixon (1919-1958) of Wise, Virginia.

My mother passed away on May 19, 2012 in Winslow, AZ after finally losing a long battle to cancer. Due to an unfortunate set of sad circumstances, I was unable to attend my mothers funeral nor do I have a photograph of her grave, She is buried in Winslow, AZ at the Desert View Baptist Church Cemetery and anyone out there willing to help me obtain a picture of her final resting place would be so appreciated.
