I am a retired (2005) electric utility employee and have always been interested in genealogy. In 2000, my father sent me a photo of his Great grandparents,taken in 1907, the year his father was born, It included his father as a baby. That ignited the beginning of my search.

I'm the father of 8 and grandfather of 16. My wife, Debby is still working part time as a consultant.

I'll turn 65 this year! My family are "Southern", primarily out of North & South Carolina and Alabama. My wife's family are primarily from Missouri of English & Irish descent.
