Restoration and enumeration of "lost" cemeteries is one of our primary interests. Old family cemeteries are not only hard to find, but also difficult to read once found. My husband and I have found them in groves of trees in pastures, on mountain tops, and on ridges near creeks outside larger towns. We found one only days before the heavily overgrown area was to have been dozed for a parking lot! They said they did not know it was there but, thank you LORD, the cemetery remains, and the parking lot was relocated!
