Lets see...well at the age of maybe 8 I had already seen things and gone through situations that even a person at my age now should never see or experience in a lifetime. It has made me the strong independent woman I am today. I was a daddy's girl.Je would give you the shirt off his back heart of gold people looked up to him and respected him and all also knew never hurt his family especially his little girl. unfortunately he suffered with the disease of addiction it was the reason he and mom divorce.he eventually came to realize that it was destroying his life and got help from v.a hospital Northport stayed sober 14 yrs!!😁 unfortunately back problems arose being he rebuild cars for a living got addicted to pain killers being a heavy smoker as well he developed COPD.I took care of him.

on march 4,2005 we celbrated his 55th birthday on March 6,2005 just two days latery life changed instantly I found him unresponsive discolored bi knew he'd be gone too long for revivel but I tried while on the phone with 911 .he had lost his battle with addiction and overdosed
finding out later it was intentional.

People cross our paths for a reason even sometimes online maybe because you share the same unfortunate experiences and you find comfort in one another and can relate and some go above and beyond and touch your heart with their genuine kindness . I thought it was only appropriate to let such person know
how much they mean to me and thank you for your support and friendship 💕

PTSD is a serious condition not just for those who have been in combat however it is more common to our heroic soldiers who have gone to war protecting our country without hesitation . Some seek assistance to help cope a little better. Some just carry the weight until it builds and to them they just didn't see or know any other way. please remember our fallen soldier Lonny Quinn ..I hope the hurting is gone and your at peace 💔😔
