Bio

I started dabbling into my family background, just for fun, about 12 years ago. I hit the JACKPOT on my mother's family and became hooked!

Also my mother was a cemetery explorer and I became one too at a young age when we would take driving trips together. If we saw an old or interesting cemetery while driving, we pulled right over and started exploring. They tell so many fascinating stories of families and history.

Last year I broke my kneecap in half like snapping a cookie. I had surgery followed by physical therapy. That retired me from my most recent job of doing Day Care for my grandson.

I am able to sit at my computer again and I dropped by Find A Grave to find that due to the kindness and hard work of those who have contributed to the site, it has grown considerably and is growing every day. My gratitude to the dedicated volunteers is so profound I can't express my thanks and appreciation enough.

I can't take pictures at this time, but I hope that in a small way the bits of information and few family photos that I add will be of help to others.

Family I'm currently working on: Beck, Bruner, McColloch, Wharton & Zane of Ohio Co., West Virginia; Davis of Oklahoma & Missouri; and Frankel of New York & Austria/Poland.
