I am the wife of Anthony Ciervo of which I have known for 27 years.. I met anthony on Dec. 5, 1984 and from that day forward he changed my life and my family's life forever...we were both born and raised in East New York, Brooklyn, NY and our roots were always important..I met Anthony after a 10 marriage which ended in separation/divorce and he took my family under his wing.. my children marissa and jaclyn were ages 6 and 2 yrs. old..we lived in ozone park, ny and lived together for 7 years before getting married on may 3, 1994..we travelled alot and laughed alot. had lots of ups and downs and he was my strength and laughter and he was the kindest person i knew next to my Dad Michael..we moved from ozone park to Lancaster, pa in april 1994 and built a home from scratch which was his decision so that i can be next to my sister and to live a better life for our family..his children were a big part in our lives and he loved them dearly, unfortunately due to the bitter situation of his divorce from their mom there was a strain put on our marriage but we hoped that they would come live with us..they eventually moved to florida and every opportunity my husband had he visited them and they came to visit us..my grandson was born in january 23, 1996 and together we raised him for 15 years in which he grew up to be a loving and handsome and smart young man who is going to carry on his legacy and go off to college to study to be an architect...my family looked up to anthony especially my daughters jaclyn and marissa and my sister, bro in law vinny and his three children gina lemke, vincent greco and anthony greco..who adored him and loved him unconditionally..and he gave back to them with his heart of gold..anthony loved to gamble, casinos, horses, cards, etc..his passion was for the horses and for his 3 dogs (poodles) and many other animals in which he took in..He loved to live on the edge since he was a child and he would have it no other way..his passion for his children, my children and his grandchildren michael, ashley and alex was priceless..his love for giving and his laughter and jokes were also priceless..when he walked into a room everyone was charmed by him and he had a great smile, laugh and walk..he was a handsome man of 6 ft. 1 in. and always loved his pasta and great meals..hot dogs and devil dogs were his passion foods and of course he ate all things that caused his diabetes to act up..but he didnt care..he just wanted to enjoy life, we travelled to lots of great places..vegas, florida, bahamas, villa roma in the catskills every year in july which he had a seperate family of loving friends..my love for him was unconditional and not a day did not go by that was an adventure and a challenge to me..but i loved him so much that any hurdles we had i learned to jump over and i knew that he would always be there for me...his death remains a mystery to me and only anthony will take things up to heaven that no one will ever truly know because he liked to play jokes on people..I can never repay his kindness and forget the 27 years of marriage i've had with him..it was a great ride and our roller coaster has come to an end but somewhere over the rainbow i know that is where i will find him...he is my angel amongst all the other angels taken too soon from me and i will never ever forget him and let go...but i know we all will live for him and carry on his wish of laughter and giving...I miss you so much anthony...you truly did it "Your Way"..
