I live in the rolling hills of Carroll County, Maryland near a little town called Pleasant Valley. I've always had an interest in "where I came from" and dabble in finding out about my ancestors. Some of my ancestors came from Virginia and others from Pennsylvania. It's fun and exciting to find information. I also scrapbook and it's nice to have info to journal when scrapping the old photos I've collected over the years.
