I have been doing genealogy research for over 20 years and have seen many changes in what is available online to researchers. Find A Grave is a wonderful addition I have just found. I have researched all the surnames in my mothers and fathers families and even found some long lost relatives. I wrote a family history book for my mothers family on the Gracey, Hastings(Haston), Peoples, Jones surnames. I'm presently researching surnames in my fathers line, surnames Crabtree, Hendrix, Tully, and Burlison. I have reunited members of his Dunn surname line who were out of contact for over 50 years. It was quite a thrill to reconnect the line.
In my lifetime I've been a community volunteer and active in my children's schools. At present I'm a senior citizen raising my 10 and 17 yr. old grandsons. I've been married for 48 years.
