I was born and raised in Connecticut, but now live just outside Atlanta, Georgia. Georgia is my husband's home and his favorite place to be. During the past years we have lived in Virginia, Minnesota and California due to job transfers, but in between we always came back to Georgia. My interest in family history started 20 years ago when my husband was tracing his family. He has created a massive volume of family information and it reads like a fiction book, but is all true. I did a few false starts and over the years have collected a great deal of family photos and information from a generation that has all passed away. My sister has picked up the torch and has done a great deal of work and research. I'm glad because we are the senior generation now and it is nice to know that we'll leave something for them. I don't plan to do a lot but I do have some wonderful stories, photos and above all, memories.
