Maps of the cemetery Sections and Lots can be found at https://familyancestors.wordpress.com/2015/07/12/hilltop-cemetery-mendham-nj-maps/
see also https://www.hilltopcemetery.com/plots-locations

There is also a 1926 Cemetery Directory in the paper files of the NJ genealogy section of Morris County Library that current has some names that aren't yet in the database also there is a book at the Hilltop Presbyterian church written by Helen M Wright in 1952. She compiled all known transcriptions on the stones as well as reading those stones that were readable then. Some of the older stones either don't exist, aren't readable, or are under cover of grass. I've made it through her information - adding inscriptions, or other information that doesn't exist today on the stones.

I've also entered the data from the cemetery office cards. Thus with the exception of the recent burials, this cemetery is essentially complete. However, please contact the Cemetery Superintendent for any missing people etc. as I might've missed a record esp in the last names starting with "F"s.

As of 2017, I no longer live in the area but will accept all reasonable changes to any memorials or happy to transfer them to you.
