I am the 3rd youngest grandchild of Jim & Minnie McEntire, daughter of their youngest daughter Trula, and was instrumental in beginning a McEntire Family Reunion in 1980 that continues today. I'm also the youngest grandchild of Charles & Ida Francen, my father Walter's parents. I have been the unofficial "keeper of family history" for the past 30 plus years and have added and updated many of the family Find A Grave memorials based on info from obituaries and funeral memorials that my mother collected over many years, as well as other information she had written down. Mom's McEntire family is huge, her parents now have over 120 offspring, Dad's Francen family information is not as easily attainable but is not nearly so large of a family. I enjoy both searching and maintaining family information on Find A Grave because I find the information from grave markers far more accurate than much of the information people add from their own memories.
