I am the daughter of Howard Alton Johnson and Jimmie Lou Holt Johnson. They are buried in Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur, AL

My grandparent are Asberry Soloman Holt and Jessie S Weems Holt, buried in Johnson's Chapel Cemetary, and Thomas Burton Johnson and Ettie L Fuller Johnson, buried in Roselawn Cemetary.

I have just discovered this site and am so excited to find it. I started out trying to find the names of my Grandmother Holt's sisters. I knew the brother's names. This site, along with ancestry.com have been a tremendous help. I was especially interested in the information posted on my daddy's brother, James Harold Johnson, who died at age 17. The newspaper account of the accident is included on this site.
