I was born in Jackson County, Alabama on July 24, 1972 to Tildon Breedwell (1950-2002) and Debra (Mason) Clark (b.1957). I was brought up by my grandparents, Frank Junior (1926-1999) and Myrtle Hall (1928-2011) Smith, from the age of six months. I married Andrex Nichols (b.1971) in 1991 and we have four children: Joshua, Joseph, Alexandra, and Catherine Nichols. I married my second husband, Jonathan Pettingale, in 2015. I have one brother, Jimmy Breedwell (b.1974).
