My uncle Cletus (Memorial #60420441) gave me the big push into genealogy. My wife Liz gave me the basics to get started and then I took it and ran with it. Genealogy combines the three things I like in life: travel (visit cemeteries, courthouses, historical societies, archives, and on and on); computers (all my genealogical data and supporting documentation - scanned photos, scanned documents - is stored on my computer with some on Ancestry.com); and history (everyone has a story and that is what history is all about and I enjoy ferreting out that story).
