Having lost my first child at age 20 and becoming a widow at age 26, cemeteries have become a comfortable place for me. I have since remarried and now I drag all my kids around to help look for headstones. They always want me to take their pictures by the stones I am photographing. I have taken several photos of stones to which I have no connection. I will try to add their records to this site, but I have no objection if someone with family or other connections would like to take over "management" of their memorials.
I am a busy mother of 6 living children and my husband is somewhat puzzled by my interest in this work. I just can't seem to stay away.
