I am the official Family Historian! We started out as a 5 man team, but with the deaths of 2 of my sisters, it is down to me and my 2 older siblings. We have all been walking cemeteries in Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York, searching for headstones. We have spent long and sometimes, cold hours in dusty courthouse basements and State Archives perusing tons of record books and spending untold amounts of money feeding printers, copy machines and records requests. It has been my job for the last 25 years to transcribe all of that paper trail into the online family tree. Up to date, in my tree on my pc, I have 26, 233 individuals. I have added 20,721 to the tree on Ancestry. That is such a LOT of typing!!! only 6,000 more to go!

I am also a Genetic Genealogist, since the DNA testing started. I also so help others build their trees and work on their DNA matches.

Due to Legacy 9.0 coming out with a new slot for Find A Grave memorial numbers in the profile page, I am now going through my tree adding the numbers. Thank You to all of our Find A Grave volunteers and Legacy Family Tree for updating to accommodate this vital information. 28 May 2017
