John Seely Allen-born in Orange Co., whose wife was Margaret Maria Decker Allen of Orange Co, whose son was William Henry Allen -born in Orange Co. whose son was
Floyd Allen and his daughter was Margaret Emily Allen (Emma) -my great grandmother. , John Seely moved to
Wellsburg as did William at age ll and Floyd and Emma were born there.
