Bio

Hello! My name is William "Burl" Cochran; I'm a living g grandson to Pleasant Wimberley, founder of Wimberley, Texas and Amanda Jackson Wimberley who are buried in the Wimberley Cemetery.

My Wimberley family grandparents were Andrew Jackson Wimberley and Fanny B. "Tanner" Wimberley who are buried in the Wimberley Cemetery.

I'm also the last living child of James Hezekiah "Hez" Cochran & Amanda Letress "Wimberley" Cochran, who are buried in the San Marcos City Cemetery.

The grandson of Levi Newton Cochran, Sr. and Maggie "Brown" Cochran who are buried in the Wimberley Cemetery in "unmarked graves" near Clarence Henderson & Ethyl "Cochran" Henderson.

I'm just getting started in my Cochran and Wimberley family genealogy.

As you can tell by my picture I like country music. I have a single on a CD entitled the "Tempest" that is being played on some of the gospel radio stations.

My hobby's are collecting arrowheads, working in my garden, writing music and seeing allot of my family and friends.

I'm looking forward to my 79th birthday this Decemeber, 2009.
