I started to research my family heritage in spring of 1997. My Mother had passed from cancer the year prior and I realized that I did not know much about my family heritage, specifically from this line.

Spending time on this hobby has provided a great opportunity to meet and communicate with fascinating people all over the world.

When I read about the hardships, tragedies and successes of our ancestors, it makes me realize how relatively easy we have it, and how fortunate we all really are. For that I am grateful.
