I am the proud mother of the greatest man I ever knew, DaKota Blu Haner and the sweetest and smartest young lady, Crimson Valley Haner. My son was my right hand, my best friend, my heart, and half of all I am. Now I daily choose to breath in and out for my baby girl.I was married just 8 months before my son went home and have to say I couldn't have come this far without him. With no family, my kids and I went through homelessness and many more battles together and I could never have done it without my right hand. My son died a hero, as he saw the truck that was going to hit them, he turned and put his body between his fiance' and the truck to save her and his un-born son.His son was born dec. 08, one month early and looks and acts just like his father. We don't get to see him like we should and wish. But he's here and beautiful all thanks to the man God let me raise.As proud as I am, I miss and still need him with every fiber of my being. The Bible says that no man has greater love than he that will lay his life down for his brother, so I know what kind of rewards he got when he got home. This is the proof that I was able to do one thing right, raise my son to be like Jesus! Thank you to everyone for your kind thoughts and prayers!
