My interest in genealogy started in the seventh grade when I was a member of the Pennsylvania Junior Historians. I continue to research my Irish and Polish ancestors in the United States, primarily in Northeastern Pennsylvania (Susquehanna County and Lackawanna County.

My Irish family ancestors arrived in New Yorkapproximately 1835. My Polish ancestors also arrived in New York approximately 1890.
