I was born March 6, 1921, in Farrell, Mercer
County, Pennsylvania. I married Margaret "Marie"
Deicher, on July 25, 1942, at Maxwell Field, Montgomery, Alabama.
We have five children: James, Jr (Deceased); Judy Kelly (Deceased), Bill, Jack, and Joanyn Miller.
I graduated from USC, and Southwestern School of Law, Los Angeles, Calif. I was a deputy sheriff of Los Angeles County, Calif., a Superior Court Clerk in Los Angeles County. A practicing attorney and a Judge in Los Angeles County.
I am now retired and live with my wife.
