My families in Sylacauga, Al. are the McDonalds, Morris, Peters, Butlers. My maternal grandfather was Henry Morris. My maternal grandmother was Nelly Thelma McDonald Morris & my mother is Mary Nell Morris. My paternal grandfather was A. J. Peters and my paternal grandmother was a Butler. My best friend in High School was a 5th cousin and a granddaughter of Betty Jean Burdette. I always felt closest to the McDonald family. Since leaving Sylacauga, I have lived in Louisiana and Oklahoma, and I lived in Texas for a few years as a child. I've lived all over Alabama and I currently live in Marshall Co.
