I am Carroll Dean Blacklock and have lived in San Angelo, Texas since 1963. I was born in Mereta, Texas and graduated from Eola High School and San Angelo Business College. I served with the Atomic Energy Commission in the United States Army from 1959 to 1962 and was recalled to active duty with the 980th Combat Engineer Battalion. After a additional period of duty, Johnnie Faye Wagner and I were married in 1963. On November 16, 2015, in ceremony by the U.S Military, myself and 19 others received Vietnam honors, including the award of the Vietnam War Medal and other declarations. I was with Rainbow Oils of San Angelo, Inc. for 38 years, retiring as President & CEO in 1998. I am 5'10" and weigh 210 pounds. We have three children, Tracee, Leslie and Monty, four grand-daughters, Megan, Brenna, Miranda and Makenna,three great- grandchildren....all Frasier's...Hudson Cole, Harlyn Grace and Hayes Dean.
