I was born on Lick Run Lyra Rd. in Scioto County, Ohio in 1949. I have lived in Mansfield, Richland, Ohio since 1952 or 1953. My parents are Wm. T. (Tom) Brown (son to Morgan H. Brown and Lessie Smith)and Ella Marie Horner (daughter to Millard Horner and Ella Marie Lee.) I am married to Gladola Webb (daughter to Waydell Webb and Jewell Cathern Gorman) of Olive Hill, Carter, Ky.
