I currently work at the Brownwood Public Library Genealogy Library part time as archivist . I had retired from 20 plus years in the medical field. Previously I was in retail, managing 2 stores in Heartland Mall. One being Jacobs Well, a Christian gift shop. Before that I helped my Mother, Opal McBride, run "The Spinnin' Wheel" dress shop and Magic Mirror Beauty Shop. I am married to Dave Fair and have 3 daughters and 4 granddaughters. We belong to High Mesa Cowboy Church. where we involved wherever we can help. I am a member of The Pecan Valley Genealogy Society, The Daughters of the Republic of Texas, a board member of The Cowboy Cemetery Association in McCulloch County and the organizer for The John F Powell family Reunion .
