I got very involved in my geneology research after receiving my parents family bible. I wanted to fill in some missing information and became very involved in searching for my ancestors. The more that I find the more I want to search further. I have met so many wonderful people in my family tree and love every second that I can put into this work. The work that I am doing is thanks to a number of people that have been so helpful with stories and information on where to search, not to mention their emotional support that they give me every time we talk. I hope that my children are at least 1/2 as interested in this as I am and we can keep our history documented.
