I am a retired medical radiation physicist. I became interested in genealogy after attending a family reunion in 1997. I am in the process of collecting family tombstone pictures as a "primary" source of information. I put primary in quotes because I have found several dates on the stones that do not match those in books, birth certificates or bible records. I am also collecting birth, marriage and in some cases death certificates (family, aunts, uncles etc.)as primary sources.
