I have lived in the Richmond VA area all my life. My interest in genealogy began decades ago when I paged, reverently, through my grandmother's family Bible. Between college and my first job (too long ago!), I spent many hours taking notes while talking with relatives. The internet has taken me many places where I have connected with and met many relatives and discovered numerous others. What fun I've had along the way---along with a few surprises!

Father: ROLLINS, WHITE, OVERTON, RUSSELL, BRAGG, SHACKLETON, BASS, CARTER, HUDSON, GORDON, OSBORNE.
Mother: FEENEY, COOPER, GERRATY, EVANS, WALLACE (Staker), WALSH, PETTERSON, BUCKNER, SCHWAB.

Some of my husband's family names: PETERSON, LOYST, RED(D)ICK, KUHN, ANDERSON (ANDREAS), JOHNSON (JORGENSON), GUNNESON, TOBIAS, DeVISSER, CLAREMONT/CLAIRMONT.

Most of my memorials are of family and friends. I have also indexed thousands of records for FamilySearch.org, and in so doing found many death records for which I created memorials---a great way to give back! And if I have one of your loved ones, let me know. Contrary to some, I believe family belongs together.
