Born and raised in New Jersey, I have a keen interest in local history. Currently a middle aged investment manager with homes in Monmouth County, NJ and New York City, I volunteer for the Whitesbog Preservation Trust, a not-for-profit organization that maintains a Burlington County, NJ village that once housed the workers who maintained New Jersey's largest turn of the twentieth century cranberry farm. In addition to history, I read about economics, statistics, and analytical philosophy. Despite my love of Jersey's Pine Barrens and shore, I take a week's summer vacation in New York's Adirondack Mountains annually.
