William is the 4th child of Charles H. Bollensen and Anna Schutten - Bollensen. Wife of Ella Bollensen.

WILLIAM A. BOLLENSEN

Funeral services will be held on Thursday for William A.
Bollensen, 75, descendents of a pioneer Mount Clemens family,who died yetserday in St.Joseph Hospital where he had beena patient for one week.

Mr.Bollensen, a long time assistant at Hubbard Funeral
services, had for many years resided at 57 Grande avenue.
Born in Mount Clemens March 22, 1882, son of the late Charles and Nanne Schutter Bollensen,he was married July 20, 1907 to Ella C.Meyers in Detroit.

Mr.Bollensen was associated in the grocery business at one time with his father in operation of Macomb street store and
played the trombone in the old Pagoda Band.

An accomplished musician, Mr.Bollensen studied piano as a
young man at the Detroit Conservatory of Music.

The widow and several cousins are the only survivors.
Mr.Bollensen will lie in state after 7 o'clock tonight in
Hubbard Chapel.

Service will be held at 230 Thursday in the chapel with the Rev. Wilfred J. Junke, pastor of Trinity Luthern church, officiating. Burial will be in Clinton Grove Cemetery.
