Anna Mae Bendel, 70, of Finleyville, Nottingham Township, died Monday, November 8, 2004, in her home.

She was born November 30, 1933, in Floreffe, a daughter of Joseph C. and Mary Snow Tonecha.

Mrs. Bendel was a homemaker and was employed part-time at Hackett Club in Peters Township.

She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church and Christian Mothers and Ladies Guild in Finleyville, the Forever Young Club and Golden Agers of Finleyville, WOTM 2084 of Finleyville, the auxiliary of SNPJ Lodge 90 in Hackett and Heritage Society of Venetia.

Mrs. Bendel also was a craft and glass maker at local festivals.

Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Donald Bendel Sr., who died in 1998; a brother, James Tonecha; and a sister, Elizabeth Zilka.
