Farmer Dropped Dead In Field.

Mr. Levi Stone, a farmer, living on
Holden brook, near Osceola, dropped
dead while plowing last week Monday
afternoon.
At five o'clock his wife noticed him
plowing and half hour later saw
the team standing still. Again a few
minutes later she noticed the team was
standing in the same place. Thinking
this strange she investigated and found
her husband fallen over in the furrow
with the lines still around him, dead,
death having been caused by apoplexy.
The deceased was forty-six years old and
leaves no family but his wife. The fu-
neral was held Thursday morning from
the house. Burial in the Osceola ceme-
tery.
