Thomas was born in Lowell, MA on 27 Feb 1917, the son of the late Patrick and Mary (Waldron) Langan. He moved to Hartford in the 1920's were he met Gladys May Martin. He and Gladys were married on 30 Sept 1929 at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Hartford, CT.
They had five sons and three daughters.
Tom was an independent contractor who did house painting and wall-papering for over 40 years in the greater Hartford area.
Tom passed away on 11 April 1969 after a brief illness at St Francis Hospital in Hartford.
In addition to his wife, Gladys, he is survived by his five sons and two daughters; Two brothers and two sister; twenty grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was buried an 15 April 1969 at Mont St Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield, CT.
