DELIGHT - Frances Grace Kirkham Barner, age 82, of Delight died Wednesday July 30, 2008, in Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. She was born September 19, 1925, in Pike County, Arkansas the daughter of the late Lester E. and Vera Trout Kirkham. She was a retired accountants payable clerk for Dillard's Department Store. She was a member of Delight Church of Christ and a former member of 6th and Izard Church of Christ in LIttle Rock. Survivors include her husband, Nick Barner, twp sons, Ron Barner of Delight; Jerry Barner and his wife Liz of Hot Springs VIllage, Ark.; one sister, doris Lamb of Little Rock, Ark.; and one grandson, Buck Barner and his wife, Scottie of Lynchburg, VA. Funeral services will be at 12 noon Saturday, August 2, 2008, in the Deight Church of Christ with Wallace Alexander officiating. Burial will be in Delight Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Saturday until service time at the church. Arrangements are by Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home of Arkadephia.
