Mr. Clark was born in Fleming but passed nearly all his life in Venice and was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Venice Center Methodist Episcopal Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mertie Williamson Clark; three sons, Ray and Charles of Venice Center and Wilbur of Solvay; two daughters, Mrs. W. P. Purdy and Mrs. Elliott Main of Venice; four sisters, Mrs. Louisa Armstrong, Homer; Mrs. Charles Foster, Genoa, and Mrs. Bert Stevens and Mrs. William Dandridge of Venice; one brother, James, of Ludlowville; and 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services at 11 o'clock Monday morning were in Venice Center Methodist Church. Rev. C. L. Terrill, pastor, officiated. Burial was in Venice Center Cemetery.
