A native of Utica and Syracuse resident for many years, " Buck " was employed at both USA Courier, Inc., and Varsity Pizza on the S.U. Hill for many years. There are no known survivors
Funeral services are Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Keegan-Osbelt-Knight Funeral Home. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery.

Cliff had worked for many years as a nuclear power plant inspector for such companies as DZ Atlantic, NIC and IQC. He had worked under his own company name of: Dragon Ass Inspections.
